Mia is also facilitating Yoga For The Spirit, which incorporates classical Hatha yoga asnas with an emphasis on yoga philosophy.
The chakras and meditation will be taught as well as the nature inspired flowing movements of Dru Yoga, designed to release energy blocks and promote equanimity through a connection to the sacred. The classes are Wednesdays from 11:45 to 1:00pm at Body Mind Awareness Studio in Evergreen beginning on September 27th. See the website for other classes.
