My vice is chocolate malts and my favorite is Baskin Robbins. Wednesday Annie had turned BR over to Lorna from Evergreen Parks and Recreation. Lorna was supporting her friend's cause for scholarships for Special Needs People to enable them to attend Summer Adventure Camp. From 1:30 - 3:00 31% of all sales were donated to Special Needs People scholarship.
When I first moved to Evergreen, I bartended at SoHo, which is now Rio Del Sol. I wanted BR every shift! We have been in MA for 8 months now and I remember my last chocolate malt (with my dear friend Emily) like it was yesterday.
ReplyDeleteI love that BR has been around since I was a kid. My mom used to get me a banana split after my games (basketball, softball, volleyball, etc). BR is a thirty year tradition for me : )
