Painting Workshops
Debbie Kerr will be guiding two painting sessions. She has over nine years of teaching experience with a background teaching Monart (guided art lessons) to adults and children.
No experience needed, just an open mind and willingness to have fun and create!
$35 per person per class which includes:
a painting art lesson, morning muffins, one mimosa Sunday, one glass of wine Monday, canvas, brushes, paints, aprons and music. You will leave with a finished painting ready for framing!

When asked what I "do" for a living, I tell people that I teach Yoga and Nia. Then, I often get the response "But what is Nia?"Then the conversation of self-healing through movement begins.

Body Sculpt class with Julie Nadeau

Body Sculpt is a yoga - pilates inspired mat class that focuses on increasing core strength and re-establishing and restoring symmetry in your body. Symmetry is the balanced use of your right and left sides of your body. A balanced body enjoys a mechanical advantage and is a more comfortable body and will experience less pain and enjoy greater functional capacity. This class is open to everyone from the novice to the more advanced exerciser.
