Evergreen stretches from I-70 to the Lake and down Bear Creek Canyon. The area along I-70 (the Evergreen Parkway) has seen our most new growth, beginning with a Walmart, followed by Home Depot. Several small businesses grace the center across from the retail giants. Smiling Moose Deli serves breakfast sandwiches on fresh baked bagels, a variety of sandwiches and salads and lots of smiles. They have catered countless committee and business meetings and are always a favorite because of quality. The staff are working their way through college and talk about feeling like "family" not employees. The smiling faces are Lauren, Ant, Jezaray, Nick, Tyler, and John. Their personal favorite is the "Mighty Melt", 1/2 lb. chopped sirloin, melted American cheese, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, banana peppers, red onions, mayo, drizzled with oil and vinegar. You can also B.Y.O.S., build your own sandwich.
